FAQs
What is Standing Strong In?
A resilience brand built on old Indian schools of discipline, including Advaita Vedanta, Chanakya Neeti, Kashmir Shaivism, Yog, Digambar Jainism, and Vedic and Sindhi virtue. Each idea is turned into plain practice: booklets, a weekly letter, essays, music and video.
Who writes it?
The ambassador: a psychology graduate, writer and musician who studies these paths and tests them against ordinary modern pressure, in public. You can read more on the Ambassador page.
What are the booklets?
Short digital guides, each on one idea. They are PDFs you download and keep, and they read well on a phone, tablet or computer.
How do I get a booklet after I pay?
Each booklet is paid for with its own Pay button. After payment, the payment platform gives you a download link and emails you a copy. If nothing arrives, write to hello@standingstrongin.uk.
Can I get a refund?
If a booklet is faulty or not as described, yes. Because they are instant downloads, the usual 14-day cancellation right ends once the download starts. The Terms explain this in full.
Is this medical or mental health advice?
No. It is educational and reflective. If you are struggling, please speak to a doctor or a qualified professional. In the UK, Samaritans are free on 116 123.
How does the weekly letter work?
Sign up with your email at the bottom of any page. You get one free letter a week and first word on new booklets. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Is my email kept private?
Yes. It is only used for the letter, and never sold or shared for advertising. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Can I ask a question or request something?
Yes. Use the Ask a question button on the Ambassador page, or write to hello@standingstrongin.uk. The best questions are answered in the weekly letter.
Where are you based?
Our headquarters are in Delhi, India and London, United Kingdom.
